| Old hedges, overgrown shrubs and ivy can be transformed into
grottoes, jungle trails, sacred groves, children’s hideaways
or love nests. Strange creatures can lurk with shiny eyes. Blue, gold, silver or copper will gleam in the gloom. Tangled branches and old tree stumps have their own sculptural possibilities. Ivy can be made to grow up any shape you want and bits and pieces added to make topiary sculpture as in the monster on the right and St George and the Dragon below. |
